Filupa.dk Terms of Sale and Delivery
- PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF GENERAL CONDITIONS
The following conditions apply to all purchases of goods that you make on Filupa.dk All information (including these terms) on the website, and in connection with the placing of the order is in Danish, and the agreement is entered into in Danish. - ORDER RECEIPT AND CONTRACT

2.2 Order Confirmation and Invoice
Immediately after receiving your order, Filupa.dk will send you an order confirmation per. e-mail.
3.1 Prices and currency

3.3 Payment by debit card
Payment can only be made with the recognized payment cards that appear on the website in connection with the execution of your payment. - DELIVERY / SHIPPING
4.1 Place of delivery and manner
Danish delivery takes place at your stated address. all parcels are sent by GLS parcel post.
Delivery in Sweden and Norway takes place at your stated address. all packages are sent by TNT.
NB: All goods to Norway (outside the EU) are sent without VAT
4.2 Delivery time
You will receive an e-mail when your order is sent from Filupa.dk - usually within 1-3 working days spc item by appointment.
If the shipment of the ordered goods is delayed, Filupa.dk will notify you of your stated e-mail address as soon as possible.
4.3 Delivery prices
All orders under DKK 99 in DK are delivered to 29 DKK
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / WARRANTY
5.1 14 days right of withdrawal
Filupa.dk provides a 14-day cancellation right from the day you receive your goods. The buyer can choose to get the money back or exchange for another item.
If the buyer wants to exchange for another item, please contact the buyer on our support email: firstname.lastname@example.org NB: It is not possible to return the item without prior agreement.
The item must be returned in original packaging and the same condition and quantity as it was received in. The buyer bears the costs associated with returning items
You bear the risk that the returned item is properly packaged. You are therefore encouraged to store the packaging until you are sure that you want to keep the item.
Items returned should be accompanied by either an order confirmation, invoice or similar documentation in original or copy, indicating your bank account to which the purchase price can be transferred.
You bear the shipping costs in connection with the return of the item to Filupa.dk
The amount you paid for the item in question excluding delivery costs will be refunded after the item is returned. The amount is returned immediately after Filupa.dk has received the item back and has had the opportunity to check the item, which as a starting point will take place no later than 8 days after receipt of the item.

5.4 Right of complaint
Filupa.dk guarantees that the goods you order are error-free upon delivery. When you shop at Filupa.dk, you naturally have a 24 month right to make a complaint. This means that you can either get your money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. This requires that the complaint is justified and has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the item.

When purchasing on the website, Filupa.dk requests your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and payment card number, which are necessary to execute the order and which are used exclusively for processing the order.
